What you'll be doing:
- Be the heartbeat of the office, handling everything from diary management and meetings to supplies and facilities.
- Daily usage of computerised software to process invoices as well as dealing with customers and suppliers on the phone.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm (Flexible working hours)
Successful candidates will have:
- At least 3 years office administration experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, ideally Excel
- Previous experience within an Admin function
- Can-do attitude with good attention to detail
