An exciting opportunity with a successful and growing business has become available. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Stores / Material Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the business ensuring all materials, parts, components required for various projects are delivered onsite in line with company requirements and readily available.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring company stock levels, ensuring stock is accurate
  • Responsible for managing the goods in / goods out process for all deliveries
  • Ensure all materials required for various projects are received, booked in and assigned to correct projects
  • Inventory control to prevent product shortages
  • Liaise with the procurement team and raise purchase requests for products
  • Reviewing stock usage and adjust min and max stock holdings accordingly
  • Other ad hoc duties

The successful candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 3 (+) years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • A positive can-do attitude towards work
  • Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team
  • Experience in organising a stores and warehouse facility
