We are currently representing a leading engineering company based in the Dungannon area who, due to continued growth, are recruiting for a Graduate Design Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for any engineer wanting to succeed in their career. Our client offers an industry-leading development programme where you will learn the knowledge and skills required to become a competent engineer.

The role:

  • You will become involved in projects throughout concept, design, and installation.
  • Carry out 3D designs using SolidWorks and be responsible for checking and approving technical drawings using design processes, procedures, and checklists.
  • Be involved in R&D and new product development.
  • Liaising with the design team and Engineer Manager regularly to ensure effective communication as well as producing project reports and other information as required by the management team.

To be considered for this role:

  • You will have a degree in Engineering with a minimum grade of 2:2.
  • Have a good level of understanding in SolidWorks.
  • Ideally, you will have 1 year of design experience through placement.
  • Most importantly, you will have a great attitude towards work and be eager to kick start your career with an industry leader.
