An exciting opportunity with a successful and growing business has become available. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Stores / Material Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the business ensuring all materials, parts, components required for various projects are delivered onsite in line with company requirements and readily available.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring company stock levels, ensuring stock is accurate
- Responsible for managing the goods in / goods out process for all deliveries
- Ensure all materials required for various projects are received, booked in and assigned to correct projects
- Inventory control to prevent product shortages
- Liaise with the procurement team and raise purchase requests for products
- Reviewing stock usage and adjust min and max stock holdings accordingly
- Other ad hoc duties
The successful candidate must have:
- A minimum of 3 (+) years experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- A positive can-do attitude towards work
- Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team
- Experience in organising a stores and warehouse facility
