Our client, a growing and successful business, is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with all departments within the business to support the finance function and business strategies. They will also be responsible for ensuring all month end duties are completed in line with company requirements.
The Role
- Development of financial plans, budgets and forecasts that align with objectives
- Analyse and monitor financial data to identify any potential risks and opportunities
- Lead cashflow forecasting and working capital management
- Completion of month and year end duties
- Preparation of financial reports for senior management
- Ownership of P&L reports, providing high quality monthly performance reviews
- Supporting internal projects and conduct cost and profitability analysis
- Management of company cashflow
- Oversee and manage annual audit process
Essential Criteria
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a senior finance position
- Experience in managing a finance team
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- A positive can-do attitude towards work
- Strong communicator and excellent time management skills
