The Role

  • Logging and inputting of Sales Quotations, Blanket Orders, Call offs and Delivery Dates on Microsoft Navision (NAV).
  • Responding with detail and pricing to incoming enquiries and redirecting anything technical to the relevant engineer.
  • Maintaining communication between internal departments, Technical Engineering and Warehouse/Dispatch to ensure a smooth internal order transition.
  • Occasional support to Accounts department on Credit Control and Purchase Ledger.
  • Answering external phone calls.
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests such as ordering stationary, arranging lunch and hospitality details on occasions.

Essential Criteria

  • At least 3 years + experience in an office-based sales role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Experience in using all Microsoft packages.
  • Strong persuasion skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
