The Role
- Logging and inputting of Sales Quotations, Blanket Orders, Call offs and Delivery Dates on Microsoft Navision (NAV)
- Travel and accommodation bookings for senior management
- Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, word-processing, photocopying and printing where required
- Occasional support to Accounts department on Credit Control and Purchase Ledger
- Answering external phone calls
- Supporting ad-hoc requests such as ordering stationary, arranging lunch and hospitality details on occasions
- Maintaining communication between internal departments, Technical Engineering and Warehouse/Dispatch to ensure a smooth internal order transition
Essential Criteria
- At least 3 years + experience in an office-based sales role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated
- Experience in using all Microsoft packages
- Strong persuasion skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
