We are currently working with a leading employer in the local area who are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join a leading business and play a pivotal role within the companies accounts team.
The Role
- Preparation of monthly management and year-end accounts
- Produce finance reports for senior management
- Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations
- Implement improvement processes across the finance department
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external auditors
- Mentor and assist junior members in the companies finance team
- Other relevant duties
Essential Criteria
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification or relevant experience
- Excellent computer skills particularly with Excel
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Highest level of ethics and integrity
- Experience of producing management accounts
- Excellent communication skills
