Civil Design Engineer Location: County Tyrone Salary: £40,000£60,000 | Permanent The Opportunity An established engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer to support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of civil design packages, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver practical, cost-effective engineering solutions across a range of projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and coordinate civil design packages, including foundations, structures, earthworks and drainage. Manage and review external design consultants. Liaise with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Ensure designs meet technical standards, project requirements and buildability expectations. Support design reviews, risk assessments and construction delivery. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. 5+ years experience in civil design engineering, ideally within water or wastewater. Experience coordinating consultants and managing design deliverables. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit or similar design software. Understanding of BIM processes, engineering standards and construction methods. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. What's on Offer? Competitive salary of £40,000£60,000.
