Our overnight shifts are perfect for night owls with a 10pm start working through to 7am. We can be flexible on the days you work, but we do need you to be available to work for the whole 10pm-7am period. Please note that during your training period you may need to be available during the hours of 5pm and midnight; once training is complete you will move onto the overnight shifts.
As the shift involves working after midnight, legally you will need to be over the age of 18. All hours worked between midnight and 6am will have a premium uplift of £3 per hour.
Join us as an Overnight Crew Member and you will become part of a team that works together to provide the best customer experience all through the night. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly, fast and accurate service.
- Completing tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Following all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treating all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member.
Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
