About McDonald's
McDonald's is one of the most recognised brands in the world, and since we first opened our doors in 1974, we've grown to serve customers in every community, from all walks of life. We live each day according to a set of core values: Serve, Inclusion, Integrity, Community and Family. We are committed to making our people smile every bit as much as our customers. And we pride ourselves in offering a diverse and inclusive workplace, one that is safe, respectful, and welcoming - offering quality opportunities to all.
But we want to do even more. We want to help everyone develop the kinds of skills that will support them to achieve their ambitions, whether that's a new job, a new course, or a whole new career.
