Responsibilities
- Prepare food, serve on the till, and attend to customers’ needs in the dining area
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member

- Effective communication skills: attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact

Shifts & Working Hours
- Our restaurants are typically open 24 hours a day; shifts are scheduled to suit you while meeting working time legislation and business needs.
- Overnight work (midnight to 5 am) carries extra pay.
- Pay frequency varies: hourly workers are typically paid every 2–4 weeks, while salaried employees are paid monthly.
