As a Crew Member, you’ll make it happen, whether you\’re preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers’ needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Provide friendly, fast and accurate service. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Key Responsibilities

Working Hours & Payments
To comply with working time directives you need to be over 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 6 am. Between these hours we also offer a premium rate of pay, an additional £2 per hour on top of the standard starting rates. If you work overnights, between the hours of midnight and 5 am, you\’ll earn extra pay. Every team member, including our hourly‑paid workers, earns above the national minimum wage.

Interview Process

The interview will normally involve a set of questions around values and attitudes and will allow the interviewee to really show us why they\’re the right person for the job. For instance, we might ask for an example of times you\’ve worked as part of a team and how you made a difference to that team. In short, we look for people who have the right attitudes and behaviours to deliver a great customer and colleague experience; we hire for qualities and potential, rather than qualifications.
