Join us as an Overnight Crew Member and you will become part of a team that works together to provide the best customer experience all through the night. We want every McDonald's customer to have a brilliant experience every time they visit. That means hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Work overnight shifts (midnight to 5 am)
- Prepare food, serve on the till, and maintain dining areas
- Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect and work as a supportive team member
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old to work the overnight shift
- Available to work between midnight and 5 am
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Show good communication skills, including attentive listening and face-to-face verbal communication
- Maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively
- Have the right to work in the UK or Ireland (original documents such as a valid passport or visa will be required)
