Shift Leader Development Programme
You will be responsible for ensuring all shift work requirements are met, including production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. You will monitor operations, reallocate resources and solve operational problems while managing a team of 100 or more employees in a multi‑million dollar restaurant.

Qualifications
- Experience managing and leading teams within a retail, hospitality, business or customer‑focused environment.
- Comfortable working changeable shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of adaptability and resilience.
Career Progression & Development
This is a training position designed to develop you into a Shift Manager through a structured six‑month development programme. You will receive hands‑on training alongside experienced managers, supported by in‑store learning, external training days, formal courses and regular check‑ins with senior management.
Work Hours & Pay
Starting hourly rate: £13. Once fully trained and qualified, the pay will increase to £14. Hours worked between 12:00‑6:00 AM receive an additional £2 per hour. Standard shifts include breakfast, evenings and overnights (if trading 24 hrs).
