Availability
To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings & Overnights. Applicants must have a flexible availability – be able to work varied day-parts and be available for some weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food, serve on the till, or work in the dining areas, ensuring customers receive consistent, friendly, fast and accurate service.
- Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect and work as a supportive team member.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
