Hybrid Working This role is based in our East Finchley office working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

Job Description What You’ll Be Doing:

  • The chance to join our well-established Payroll Team processing the payroll for around 20,000 of our crew every fortnight along with 2 monthly payrolls for our salaried staff (which may include you in the future!).
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Working with the team to ensure all team members are paid accurately and on time every time.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams as requested; both within the department and broader business.
  • Ensuring the integrity and security of all payroll data.
  • Contributing to achieving the overall goals of the department.
  • Understanding and adhering to any related internal and external SOX controls.
  • Maintaining internal control procedures to safeguard the integrity of the company.
  • Assisting with Year End processing for multiple companies.
  • Supporting other departments with any ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications What You’ll Need:

  • Experience with ResourceLink/Zellis HCM payroll system is essential.
  • Experience with ResourceLink Reporting Services (RRS) and PowerBI.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll and pension legislation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving.
