Quite simply, you will be working in a fast moving, high energy restaurant environment and assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining the equipment and building in prime condition. You will need to work with external contractors to ensure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers. As a key part of the restaurant team you will work as a supportive colleague and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out.
Responsibilities
- Assist restaurant management in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and the building in prime condition.
- Coordinate with external contractors to ensure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers.
- Support the restaurant team as a collaborative, enthusiastic contributor to high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety both inside and outside the restaurant.

Shift and Pay Information
Must be legally able to work from 4am due to the nature of the role. Premium shift opportunities; if you work overnights between midnight and 5am, there is extra pay. All team members, including hourly-paid workers, earn above the national minimum wage. Benefits include holiday and sick pay, and employee discounts at numerous retailers.
