You’ll be working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. We look for a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to connect with customers so they feel valued. You’ll be part of a team and expected to deliver a high standard of customer service and support. The role includes activities such as preparing food, serving on the till, and assisting in the dining areas. You will consistently deliver quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant, provide friendly, fast and accurate service, follow training and company guidelines, and maintain workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as a supportive team member.

Benefits package includes holiday pay, service awards, meal allowance, employee discounts from top high street and online brands, and more. Some roles offer premium shifts. If you work overnights (midnight to 5am), you’ll earn extra pay. All team members earn above the national minimum wage. We offer holiday and sick pay and discounts at over 1,600 retailers.

Pay frequency and shifts

Payout frequency varies by whether you work in a franchised or company-owned restaurant. Typically, pay can be every 2 or 4 weeks for hourly staff, and monthly for salaried employees. Our restaurant hours vary by location; over half of our restaurants are open 24 hours a day. Shifts are scheduled to suit you while meeting business needs and legal time limits.
