As a McDonald’s Crew Member, you’ll work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. You’ll contribute to service and cleanliness in the restaurant, delivering friendly, fast and accurate service while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You’ll be part of a team, treating customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, and following training, company guidelines and management direction.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service and complete tasks in line with training and company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene; follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Work as a supportive team member with courteous, welcoming, and helpful behaviour; communicate effectively with customers and colleagues (attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, eye contact).
- Engage with customers to deliver a positive experience and connect with them to make them feel valued.
- Prepare food, serve on the till, or assist in dining areas as needed to ensure a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to maintain high energy levels and work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including late nights or overnight hours where applicable.

- Pay: £8.40 per hour starting rate for under 18s; £10.00 per hour starting rate for employees aged 18 and over; extra £1.50 per hour for all hours between midnight and 6am.
