Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. You'll deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer areas. Activities include welcoming children, handing out balloons, organising special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high cleanliness standards in the dining area and toilets, and helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You are responsible for establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers at all times and keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
You will be working in a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment. We look for a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
