The Manager, Finance Business Partner is responsible for leading a team of trusted advisors who support functional leaders in markets, delivering financial insights, guidance and support to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead financial input into internal and franchisee leadership forums, integrating Franchisee P&L performance and affordability outlooks to support balanced, sustainable system decisions and shape strategies that create long‑term value.
- Oversee the review of actual Franchisee financial performance and forward‑looking P&L projections to assess risks, opportunities and the future financial outlook of the business, including oversight of finance partnering with in‑market functions to understand key sales and cost drivers.
- Act as the senior Finance partner to in‑market functions, ensuring financially robust plans and a clear, consistent franchisee narrative.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge and clarity to drive confident decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Preferably qualified with CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW with minimum five years experience.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to business plans and strategies, which may include investment strategies, P&L management, pricing strategies and strong business partnering.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic financial initiatives that drive long‑term sales growth and profitability.
- Excellent problem solver, including an ability to ask questions to break down problems, identify trends and develop a strategy to create change.
- Strong ability to work cross‑functionally, building effective working relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated people management capability, including ability to effectively delegate in a fast‑paced environment and promote talent development within the team.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of levers for profitability and growth for Franchisee and operators.
