The Opportunity

In this exciting opportunity you will be part of a team accountable for the smooth and frequent deployment of a range of our restaurant and digital platforms. You will be planning and ensuring the readiness for deployment of the latest and greatest features and releases to ensure restaurant and platform stability.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the planning and sequencing of deployment activities leading up to a successful deployment.
  • Accountable for deployment readiness; ensuring restaurants &/or our partners complete the checks which need to be performed ahead of any deployment and for ensuring these have been completed.
  • Responsible for configuration and setup of any platforms and tools ahead of deployment commencing, including working with the Test function on validating these configurations.
  • Work closely with the asset & configuration team to ensure that restaurants are appropriately configured for any new software deployments and tools are in place.
  • Attend relevant multi-functional team meetings and contribute as required.
  • Support ensuring deployment quality ahead of deployment commencing with the collaboration of the Quality and Deployment lead and team.
  • Measures and reports on deployment readiness and raises exceptions to the asset and configuration team or other analysts to reduce future incidents.
  • Accountable for feeding back on stability of deployments working closely with the product owners, quality team and suppliers on ensuring correct level of quality is achieved ahead of deployment commencing.
