As a Crew Member, you’ll help ensure a brilliant customer experience, whether you’re preparing food, serving on the till or assisting in the dining areas. You will consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly, fast and accurate service
- Completing tasks in line with training and management direction
- Following workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures
- Treating all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as a team member
- Preparing food
- Serving on the till
- Looking after customers’ needs in the dining areas
- Delivering quality, service and cleanliness standards
- Collaborating with teammates to provide excellent customer experience
Benefits package includes: Holiday pay, Service Awards, Meal allowance, Employee discounts from top high street and online brands and much more. This position is for nights; evening or night shifts typically start between 3pm and 6pm and end between 10pm and 2am. Exact shifts can be agreed at interview. If you work overnights (midnight to 5am), you’ll earn extra pay. Every team member, including hourly-paid workers, earns above the national minimum wage. Pay frequency varies by whether you work in a franchised or company-owned restaurant. Typically, hourly employees are paid every 2 or 4 weeks, and salaried employees are paid monthly. Our restaurant hours vary by location, with many locations open 24 hours; shifts are scheduled to suit you and the business needs while respecting time-keeping requirements.
