McDonald’s is looking for crew members to work in our fast‑moving, high‑energy restaurants. You will greet customers, support the team and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers and make them feel valued.
  • Maintain friendly, courteous and helpful behaviour.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact.
  • Support the team by working both efficiently and productively while maintaining high energy levels.
  • Assist with food preparation, customer service and delivery of a great customer experience.

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland is required; you must provide original documents such as a valid passport or UK/Ireland visa at the time of hire.
  • Availability to work shift patterns of 7am‑4pm, 11am‑8pm and 4pm‑1am for both weekdays and weekends is essential.
  • Shift patterns are scheduled to suit you and comply with working‑time legislation.

Working Hours & Pay

  • Typical hours: 24‑hour restaurants; most shifts scheduled to suit you.
  • Pay frequency: every 2 or 4 weeks for hourly workers, monthly for salaried employees.
  • All hourly workers earn above the national minimum wage.
