As a department manager, you will be responsible for shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. You will monitor operations, reallocate resources, and solve operational problems. You will manage a team of 100 or more employees within a multi-million-pound restaurant. You will be part of the management team driving your restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This role is suitable for individuals with experience managing and leading teams in retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. The position involves working within a restaurant setting with flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
