Role and responsibilities (Crew Member)
As a Crew Member, you will work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. You will:
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
- Prepare food, serve on the till, or work in the dining areas to meet customer needs.
- Deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.

Shifts and pay
Our restaurant hours vary by location, with over half of our restaurants open 24 hours a day. Shifts are scheduled to suit you, while considering working time legislation and business needs. Pay can be every 2 or 4 weeks for hourly paid employees, and monthly for employees on a dedicated salary.
