Our Customer Care Assistants work at the forefront of our stores, interacting with customers in the lobby area, keeping it clean, fun and energetic. You will help families with their orders, support with the kiosks and tills, speak about promotions and the My McDonalds App, and communicate how to access discounts by providing feedback. You will be part of a fast-moving, high-energy environment where friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour comes naturally, and you’ll work well as part of a team.

As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of your restaurant. You will deal with customers and help ensure everything runs smoothly in customer areas. Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, looking after customers’ specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Coach customers in using kiosks and at till points; discuss promotions and collect feedback to enhance the visit experience.

- Maintain positive communication with customers and inform the manager of customer satisfaction levels.
