Job Overview
We are looking for a Full time Customer Care Assistant to join our team, working up to 30 hours per week. Please note this will require 06:00am starts for some morning shifts and 01:00am finishes for evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deal with customers and ensure everything runs as it should in the customer areas.
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events.
- Look after customers\' specific needs, keep high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Working Hours & Shifts
Full Time Customer Care Assistant, working up to 30 hours per week with 06:00am start for morning shifts and 01:00am finish for evening shifts.
