Job Overview

We are looking for a Full time Customer Care Assistant to join our team, working up to 30 hours per week. Please note this will require 06:00am starts for some morning shifts and 01:00am finishes for evening shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with customers and ensure everything runs as it should in the customer areas.
  • Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events.
  • Look after customers\' specific needs, keep high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Working Hours & Shifts

Full Time Customer Care Assistant, working up to 30 hours per week with 06:00am start for morning shifts and 01:00am finish for evening shifts.

Eligibility

Before we can employ you, we are required to verify your eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland. Provide original documents such as a valid passport or a valid UK/Ireland visa (with a college letter listing term dates, where applicable).
