Sustainability and pay
We are working toward a more sustainable business. In 2021, we launched our first net-zero restaurant. Pay frequency varies by location: typically every 2 or 4 weeks for hourly paid employees, and monthly for salaried employees. Shifts vary by location; most restaurants are open 24 hours, and shifts are scheduled to suit both you and business needs. Dress code: you will be provided with a uniform. McDonald\\\’s promotes its employees and supports internal progression. There are opportunities to move up within the company.
