The interview is an absolutely vital part of our hiring process. Without it, we wouldn’t get a proper picture of what kind of person you are, and whether you’d be a great fit. The interview will normally involve a set of questions around values and attitudes and will allow the candidate to show why they are right for the job. We look for people who have the right attitudes and behaviours to deliver a great customer and colleague experience; we hire for qualities and potential, rather than qualifications.
Our employees tend to stay long term. There are opportunities to progress into roles with more responsibility. We have a track record of promoting from within and offer award-winning learning, nationally-recognised qualifications, comprehensive benefits, flexible working arrangements, and a well-proven career path.
