Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers.
  • Prepare food, serve on the till and manage dining areas.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
  • Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member.

  • Confident and a team player.
  • Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour.
  • Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working efficiently and productively.
