About the Role
As a Crew Member at McDonald’s, you will work in a fast‑moving, high energy environment to provide the best customer experience. You will prepare food, serve at the till, and support customers in the dining areas. The role requires you to consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food in line with training and company guidelines.
- Serve customers quickly and accurately at the till.
- Assist customers in the dining area and address their needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic workplace.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food‑hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
- Support the team to meet service standards and operational targets.

Working Hours & Pay
Our restaurants are open 24 hours a day in half of the locations. We schedule most shifts to suit you while respecting working time legislation and business needs. Pay is usually every 2 or 4 weeks for hourly employees, and monthly for salary employees.
