Responsibilities

  • Prepare food, serve on the till, and attend to customers’ needs in the dining area
  • Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers
  • Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction
  • Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures
  • Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Our restaurants are typically open 24 hours a day; shifts are scheduled to suit you while meeting working time legislation and business needs.
  • Overnight work (midnight to 5 am) carries extra pay.
  • Pay frequency varies: hourly workers are typically paid every 2–4 weeks, while salaried employees are paid monthly.
