Job Overview

Supporting your overall wellbeing with counselling, mental health support, life management, medical guidance, and helpful resources. Olivia is our friendly virtual assistant, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support you navigate through the application process and help you find what you need.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food, serve on the till, and be out in the dining areas looking after customers’ needs.
• Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member.

Interview Process

• The interview will normally involve a set of questions around values and attitudes to assess why the candidate is the right person for the job.
• Typical questions include requesting examples of times you worked as part of a team and how you made a difference to that team.
• We hire for qualities and potential rather than just qualifications.

Qualifications

• Have a can‑do attitude and confidence in yourself.
• Be a team player and friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful in behaviour.
• Possess effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively.
• Be eligible to work in the UK & Ireland (original documents such as a valid passport or UK/Ireland visa with a college letter listing term dates, where applicable).

Working Hours & Pay

• Restaurant hours vary by location; over half of our restaurants are open 24 hours a day.
• Shift schedules are arranged to suit you, keeping working time legislation and business needs in mind.
• Hourly employees are typically paid every 2 or 4 weeks; salaried employees are paid monthly.
• Overnight shifts earn extra pay.

Dress Code

The company will supply you with uniform; you do not need to worry about what to wear to work.
