Overview

Supporting your overall wellbeing with counselling, mental health support, life management, medical guidance, and helpful resources. Olivia is our friendly virtual assistant, available to support you navigate through the application process 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She can answer questions, guide you through the application process, or help you find what you need. Olivia cannot make hiring decisions (those are made by real human recruiters), but she helps keep your recruitment journey smooth and accessible any time you need.

Olivia can answer common questions, guide candidates through application steps, arrange interviews, and provide timely updates to make the application process smoother and easier to navigate. If applicable, you may be asked to provide original documents to evidence your right to work in the UK & Ireland.

Before we can employ you, we are required to verify your eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland. Acceptable documents to evidence your right to work can be found here. You’ll need to provide original documents such as a valid passport or a valid UK/Ireland visa (with a college letter listing term dates, where applicable). Only original documents will be accepted.

Benefits and pay

Benefits package includes: Holiday pay, Service Awards, Meal allowance, Employee discounts from top brands, and more. Premium shift allowances may apply. If you work overnights (midnight to 5am), you’ll earn extra pay. Most team members earn above the national minimum wage. We also offer holiday and sick pay and discounts at over 1,600 retailers.

Work hours, shifts and attire

Our restaurant hours vary by location, with many locations open 24 hours. Shifts are scheduled to suit you while considering business needs and time-off laws. Uniforms are provided, so you don’t need to worry about what to wear to work.
