Role expectations and responsibilities
- Morning, Afternoon and Evening shifts; availability on Weekdays and Weekends is required.
- Provide hot food, friendly, fast and accurate service; ensure high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
- Follow workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures; treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
- Work as a supportive team member and maintain energy and enthusiasm in a fast-moving environment.
- Meet the criteria for the role in line with training and company guidelines.
Shifts and scheduling
Shifts include Early Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings. Morning shifts start from 04:00 and Evening shifts finish at 02:00. Some locations operate 24 hours. Roles require availability on weekdays and weekends.
Compensation and benefits
Every team member earns above the national minimum wage. Benefits include holiday pay, service awards, meal allowance, employee discounts from top brands, and more. If you work overnights, there may be additional pay for overnight shifts. A range of benefits including holiday and sick pay and employee discounts are offered.
