Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers and colleagues.
  • Prepare food, serve on the till, or help in dining areas as needed to meet guest needs.
  • Deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
  • Follow workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
  • Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Be available to work between midnight and 5am (UK & Ireland) and be over 18 to comply with working time regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, including attentive listening and clear verbal interaction.
  • Be a good team player with a friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful attitude.
  • Maintain high energy and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued, even during night-time shifts.
