As a Crew Member at McDonald’s, you will be part of a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment. You will deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness, provide friendly, fast and accurate service, and support the team in all areas of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food, serve on the till, and attend to customers in the dining areas.

- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications
- Confident and communicative with effective listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Team player who can work well in a fast‑moving environment requiring high energy levels.
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to get stuck in and enthusiasm for providing excellent customer experience.

Work Hours & Shift Details
- Shifts vary depending on location; most restaurants are open 24 hours a day.
- Shifts are scheduled to suit you while respecting working time legislation and business needs.
- Typical pay intervals: every 2 or 4 weeks for hourly employees, monthly for salaried positions.
