Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers and colleagues.
- Prepare food, serve on the till, or help in dining areas as needed to meet guest needs.
- Deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Be available to work between midnight and 5am (UK & Ireland) and be over 18 to comply with working time regulations.
- Strong communication skills, including attentive listening and clear verbal interaction.
- Be a good team player with a friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful attitude.
- Maintain high energy and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
