What You’ll Do
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness .
- Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with your leadership team to achieve success.
- Leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments.
- Building and developing a high-performing team to ensure the future success of your restaurant.
- Creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership Experience : Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
