Hybrid Working

This role is based in our East Finchley office working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. We’re looking for a strategic Brand Manager to lead our delivery and digital value plans across McDonald’s UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to shape consumer experience, drive McDelivery growth and lead digital value initiatives in one of the most respected and award-winning marketing functions in the country.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help develop and execute a long-term McDelivery & Digital Value strategy with clear KPIs for success
  • Work closely with agency partners to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Use consumer insights to create data-driven marketing decisions
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, franchisees, and third-party operators to drive success
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in McDelivery and Digital Value
  • Lead and coach direct reports, developing future marketing talent

What You’ll Need:

  • Brand marketing expertise as a Brand Manager or experienced Assistant Brand Manager looking for the next step
  • Experience of helping manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in budget ownership & project leadership
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects
  • A self-starter mindset, ambitious to drive growth & innovation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for digital innovation and delivery
