As a Crew Member, you\\\’ll make it happen, whether you\’re preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers\\\’ needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Provide friendly, fast and accurate service. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect; work as a supportive team member.
- Prepare food, serve on the till, and assist in the dining areas where required.
- Support interview and onboarding processes as directed by management.
What to Expect: Availability & Shifts
To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings. If you are unable to make any of the interview slots offered to you in the recruitment process, you can get back in touch with Olivia and she will help you rearrange to find a date suitable for you. All shifts include possible early or late hours depending on location.
£12.26 per hour, Midnight-6am pays an additional £1 per hour. If you work overnights, between the hours of midnight and 5am, you\\\’ll earn extra pay.

Interview & Qualification Notes
The interview is an absolutely vital part of our hiring process. It will normally involve a set of questions around values and attitudes, and will allow the interviewer to see why you might be a good fit for the job.
