This will broken down into the following:
- Stage 1 - Interview with Tom (our Learning and Development Manager) followed by a tour of the kitchen.
- Stage 2 - 1 hour shoulder-to-shoulder session with a current shift manager where you will see what it takes to be a shift manager, manage others, carry out operational checks.
