Responsibilities
- Maintain outside landscaping, painting and varnishing, and maintenance of parking facilities.
- Carry out non-electrical small equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with organisation, acceptance and rotation of our food products.
- Work with external contractors and the restaurant team to ensure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers.
- Support the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and building in prime condition.
- Demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Confidence in dealing with external contractors as well as the restaurant team.
- Understand the importance of high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
