Responsibilities:
- As a Crew Member, contribute to delivering hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant and ensure a brilliant customer experience every time.
- Prepare food, serve on the till, and assist in dining areas as needed.
- Consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
- Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as part of a supportive team.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; able to work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
- Willingness to work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment with a genuine smile, enthusiasm and ability to connect with customers.
- To work 3 or more shifts per week with day availability included.
