We are looking for a Full Time Customer Care Assistant to join our team, working up to 40 hours per week. Shift times vary from 6am starts to 12am shift finishes.
As a Crew Member, you will provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers, preparing food, serving at the till, and attending to diners in the restaurant. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines, and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member.
You should have effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication, and eye contact. The ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential. You will be working in a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, and an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
