The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.

This is one of the most important roles we have in our restaurant, you will be the first person a customer sees when entering the store. Your smiley face and approachable body language will be the start of their experience. It's important we are well presented and are at first hand to assist with their queries. Most will think the role will be to clean tables; however, there is so much more to this role. Please read carefully all the areas you will be asked to maintain and clean:

  • Greeting Customers - Having light conversations
  • Smiling
  • Creating a happy and safe environment
  • Ensuring tables are cleaned and ready for customers to use
  • Assisting / educating customers how to use the kiosks
  • Taking their food to their table
  • Interacting with children - Giving out colouring sheets and crayons
  • Sweeping and mopping the floor
  • Emptying out the in-store and car park bins
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of toilets (this includes deep cleaning toilets too)
  • Detailed cleaning on quieter days e.g. cleaning under tables, scrubbing the chairs and legs of tables
  • Dusting
  • Speaking to customers about our Restaurant surveys and offers - This allows us to improve areas customers may highlight on surveys
  • Assisting staff taking orders on tills
  • Assembling food when asked (Busier periods)
  • Setting up / taking part in Charity events with the team
  • Selling raffle tickets
  • Participating in events, Easter, Halloween, Christmas dress up

As described, this role is very important to us and the customers. The customers need to feel comfortable in our stores with the confidence to approach you if any further assistance is needed. Overall you will be at the heart of the store, the friendly face the customer sees and is welcomed by. We want you to be able to create feel-good moments for all our customers. The positive energy we display and give will determine that they will most definitely return to us. You are expected to maintain high standards of customer service at all times from start to finish.
