To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Evenings. Shift Pattern is for Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 7pm-1am. Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accepting deliveries
  • Organising and rotating stock
  • Maintaining clean, safe storage areas across our chillers, freezers, and dry‑goods rooms

You’ll ensure all products are stored correctly, follow food‑safety procedures, and help keep the restaurant fully supplied throughout the day. To join us, you’ll need to be confident working with delivery drivers and communicating clearly with the restaurant team. You’ll understand the importance of accuracy, organisation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

The role is physical and fast‑moving, so the ability to stay energetic, efficient, and productive is essential.
