Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you\’ll help provide the best customer experience by:
- Preparing food, serving on the till, and assisting in dining areas to look after customers\’ needs
- Consistently delivering high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Providing friendly, fast, and accurate service
- Completing tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction
- Following workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures
- Treating customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as a supportive team member
